June 2009: New web-site launched in tandem with its corporate rebranding initiative.
Previously operating under the Monmar Homes banner, Honeyfield Communities is the new corporate identity of Monmar Developments Limited. The name change reflects the ‘community first’ philosophy that has underpinned the company’s developments. Homeowner warranty coverage and contact information remains unchanged.

October 9, 2008 (The New Tanner): Gas bar, Retail plaza under construction.
Construction is now underway on a new “millennium look” Sunoco gas bar/convenience kiosk on the corner of Tanners Drive and Queen Street. The development of the 1.5-acre site will form the eastern gateway to Acton and include two separate retail buildings. The project by Valmar (Acton) Realty, an affiliate of Honeyfield Communities, is in the final phase of their signature 244-unit Honeyfield community in the Town of Halton Hills.
